I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and nicely maintained, exactly as shown in the pictures. On the downside, the noise from the lift and stairwell was quite bothersome. However, the large bed in the standard room was a definite plus.

The staff is awesome, very friendly, funny, and helpful, although they had trouble keeping up with the crowds. The location is excellent, in the center of all the tourist spots and very near the best Pho restaurant in Hanoi. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were large and comfortable, with an extremely comfortable mattress. The cleanliness and size of the bed in the standard room exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and tourist spots. The service was a mix; while some staff members were efficient and detail-oriented, others were not very attentive, especially when we needed assistance.
